He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Collins and Elaine Collins (Dillon); his brother Charles "Chip" Collins; and his close friend Dave LaForge. He is survived by: the mother of his children Lynne Collins; his daughters, Shelley Hutchinson (Errol), Shawna Masters (Lawrence) and Stacey Collins (Patsy); his granddaughters, Lawren Masters (Kyle) and Lyndze Masters (Brandon); his great grandchild Oscar Flynn; and his siblings, Jackie MacDonald (Geoff) and Peg Lill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society 3 Oakland Avenue, Menands, NY 12204 in honor of his lifelong love for his pets and all furry friends.
