He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Lolik and Cecilia "Sally" Lolik (Kowalczyk); and his siblings, Edwin Lolik, Rita Barnes (James) and Sally Uliano.

He is survived by: his significant other Michael Rorick; and his sister Cynthia Lolik. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
