He is survived by: his wife Mary (Brock); his children, Kevin Provost, Selena and Michael; his grandchildren, Kaelynn Provost, Kevin Provost Jr., Samere Kirkley and Lorenzo Kirkley; and his siblings, Teresa Brueggemann (John), Matthew Woods (Rachel), John Woods (Darlene), Dennis Woods (Donna) and Timothy Woods (Kelly). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and a great-great niece and nephew.
