He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hook and Mary Hogan Hook; his wife Carol Willard Hook; his daughter Christine A. Hook; and his brother Rev. Paul Hook.
He is survived by: his children, Helen M. Hook and Paul E. Hook; and his granddaughters, Jessica Cameron and Julia Hook. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Michael the Archangel Church (175 Williams Rd, Troy, NY 12180). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
