She is survived by: her mother Anne Bienkowski (Budzinski); her sons, Terrance J. Blanchard and Tyrell M. Lilley; her significant other Tony Lilley; her grandchildren, Amaiah of Schenectady, NY., Taj of Schenectady, NY., Terrance Jr. of Schenectady, NY. and Xoe Blanchard of Schenectady, NY.; her siblings, Mary (Joe), Kathy Angerami (Nick) of Plano, TX, Lisa Steinberg (Gary) of Quechee, VT, Laurie Muñoz-Flores of Amsterdam, NY, Kris Moser (Richard) of Sioux City, IA and John Greening of Mechanicville, NY; her friends, Jean McCray, Stefanie Ketter-Griffith, Donna D'Elisiis and Mary St Andrews; and her godson Kawan Graham. She is also survived by several nieces/nephews, great-nieces/great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial donation in Debbie's name may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
