It is with sadness that the passing of Deborah C. DiBiase (Albany, New York) is shared. Deborah, born on May 27, 1967, passed away on June 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father George Mokhiber; and her grandparents, Areti, Evangelos Rantzaklis, Mitchell and Josephine Mokhiber.
She is survived by: her husband Vincent DiBiase; her children, Vincent DiBiase Jr. and Victoria DiBiase (Brian Deskewicz Jr.); her mother Theodora Rantzaklis Mokhiber; and her siblings, Maria Ziamandanis (Peter Ziamandanis) and George Mokhiber (Debra Mokhiber). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
