Kaelin in Albany, New York, born in Schenectady, New York, who passed away on February 5, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Kaelin Kirby of Providence and Alexandra Scammell (Bradley Scammell) of Nashville, Tennessee.; her husband Jeff; and her siblings, John of Washington, DC, Thomas of New York City and Janice Kaelin Kee of Delmar.

In lieu of flowers, Deb's family requests that donations be sent to Saratoga Center for the Family, Dress for Success, or Shelters of Saratoga.
