He is survived by: his wife Katie (O'Connor); his children, Dennis Jr. (Lynn), Bernice and Joshua; and his sisters, Maryanne Arehart, Linda Gilmore and Pam Gilmore York.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, a charity near and dear to Dennis' heart.
