She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Peter and Mildred Held Peter; and her parents-in-law, Gerald and Betty O'Connor. She is survived by: her husband Steven P. O'Connor; her children, Dr. Katharine "Kate" E. Halligan (Stephen) and Adam P. O'Connor (Laci); and her grandchildren, Aidan Halligan, Sean Halligan and Ryan Halligan.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McVeigh Funeral Home (208 N Allen St, Albany, NY 12206). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
