She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Joanne) and John Costello (Shelly); her grandchildren, Dee, Vanessa, Joe (Monica), Ben, Anna, Maddy Costello and Daniel Thurston; her great grandchildren, Mason, Paisley Costello and Zoe Thurston; her stepchildren, Harry Jr. (Ginger) and Susan Costello; her nephews, Andrew D'Agostino (Jen) and Nick D'Agostino; her niece Audrey D'Agostino; her brother-in-law Nicholas Costello (Cynthia); her friends, Dolores Bianchino and Vasa Arsic; Vera, Harold and Sylvia. She is also survived by her many cousins, close friends and other dear relatives.
