He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Michaelson and Harris Michaelson; his sister Ruth Rubin; and his brother-in-law Harold Rubin. He is survived by: his nieces, Lisa Rubin-Johnson (Glenn) of Brookline, MA and Nancy Dana Smith (Dan) of Shelburne, VT; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica Smith of Richmond, VA, Connor Johnson (Amy) of Walpole, MA, Austin Johnson (Sarah) of Chicago, IL, Zachary Smith of South Burlington, VT, Griffin Smith of Shelburne, VT and Audrey Johnson of Walpole, MA.; and his close friend Dee Dee. He is also survived by nurses and caregivers.
