She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph A.; her parents, Domenick Alvaro and Angelina Alvaro (Salerno); her brothers, Alfred "Bocky" and Michael; her siblings-in-law, Shirley Alvaro, Danny LaRoina (Michaelangelo Alvaro), Dorothy Connolly and Bridie Coy Anne Egan; Catherine Alvaro.
She is survived by: her sons, Salvatore (Sam) and Joseph, Jr.; her brother Robert Alvaro; her sister-in-law Marie Alvaro (Midge); her nieces and nephews, Jane Luiso (Tony), Alfred Alvaro (Theresa), Ann-Margret Foley (Joe), Michael Alvaro, Joan McMullen (William), Ricky Alvaro (Tamara), Patricia Alvaro, Robert Alvaro (Sheila), John Alvaro, Christopher Alvaro, Julie Price (Jerry), Margie, Gianna Foley and Joseph Foley; and her sisters-in-law, Midge Alvaro, Dorothy Halloran, Edith Sleasman and Mary Ellen Sochor.
