He is survived by: his wife Carol Keller; his children, John Wutzer (Brenda), Elaine Taylor (Pat) and Theresa Moore (Jim); his grandson Michael Wutzer (Jessica); his children, Steven Wutzer (Amanda), Alexis Hormovitis (Richard Drake III) and Scott Taylor; his great grandchildren, Kellan, Graham and Sebastian Wutzer; and his siblings, Betty Hans (Alan) and John (Barbara).

As a leader, and a man of true integrity, he was exemplary; he worked as hard, or harder, than all of us, officers and enlisted. I just watched the livestream funeral, which was beautifully done.
