She was predeceased by : her parents, Eunice Wright Grinnell and Wilbur Grinnell. She is survived by : her husband C. Dale Barker; her siblings, Marjorie Barker, Sandra Gagnon and Dale Grinnell (Coral); her sons, Duane (David Hinchen) and Daryl; and her grandsons, Daryl Jr. (Briann Barker) and Kendall Barker. She is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the M. B. Kilmer Funeral Home- Fe (82 Broadway, Fort Edward, NY 12828). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
