It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen A. Fitzgerald (Albany, New York), who passed away on October 31, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ellen A. Fitzgerald to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nora Radigan and Frank Radigan; her son Rick Fitzgerald; her brother Frank Radigan; and her sister-in-law Colleen Radigan.
She is survived by: her children, Bob and Michelle Fitzgerald; her grandsons, Michael and Nicholas Tropiano; her siblings, Billy Radigan (Judy), Cathy Vigars (George), Tricia Shafer (Dave), Anne Radigan and Margaret Radigan (Kevin VanNess); her goddaughter Katie Vigars; and her pets, Nugget and Louie. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Please Enter the Funeral Home (208 N Allen St, Albany, NY 12206). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (607 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12206-1920).
