She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Clements and Mary Carbonare Clements; and her brothers, Thomas "Butch" (Irene) and Anthony Clements (Gail). She is survived by: her pets, Penny, Mojo and Bentley; her husband Joseph W. O'Hagan; her children, Eva Restuccia and Joseph J. O'Hagan (Maureen); her grandchildren, Michael J. (Laura), Mary E., Matthew J. Restuccia, Joseph J. Jr. (Kayla), Ryan P. (Nicollette), Alivia G. and Lauren F. O'Hagan; her great grandchildren, Lia, Michael, Ava and Madelyn; and her siblings, Samuel Clements (Jeanne) and Mary Porcaro (Thomas). She is also survived by several nieces nephews and cousins.
