She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Palmer and Helen Nichols Riggi; her son James M. Rizzo; and her brother Thomas Palmer. She is survived by: her children, John M. Rizzo (Maryann) of Colchester, VT, Rosemary Rizzo (Katherine Maciol) and Elizabeth Hayes (Steven); her former husband John A. Rizzo (Janet Lynch); her grandchildren, April, Amber, Sean, Anthony, Amelia Rizzo, Rachael Blake (Nick) and Christopher Hayes; her great grandchildren, Cole, Rylie Mattison and Cameron Hayes; and her sisters, Michaela Farley (Larry) and Vickey Gilmore. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
