He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Frank J. Horn (Lisa), Michael Sherry (Carol), Christopher Horn (Tara), Theresa Crawford (Dejuan) and Renee Amoroso (Mario); his sister Judith Berben; his grandchildren, Ashley, Tyler, Michael, Kaleb, Matthew, Ariana, Jack, Ryan, Elaina and Giada; his great grandchild Chloe; and his nephew Joseph Berben.
