He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund H. Mann and Bertha C. Mann; and his aunt Mary Bellinger. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Armstrong Mann; his children, Tracy Dailey (Bobbi Jo) of Middleburgh, NY, Frankie Mann (Judy) of Middleburgh, NY, Robert Mann (Sue) of Middleburgh, NY and Amber Trafton (Eric) of Middleburgh, NY; and his grandchildren, Steven Dailey (Kaitlyn), Amy Stewart (Jesse), Kevin Dailey (Lexi), Kayla Dailey, Nikki Mann, Kloey, Alexis, Cheyenne, Adalynn Barber, Candace and Ashley Trafton. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
