We are sad to announce that on July 29, 2025, at the age of 55, Gail Ann Price of Albany, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Price and Betsy Ann Price; her brother Wayne E. Price (Ishmiel); and her nephew Ishmiel Price. She is survived by: her children, Namel Newsome (Elizabeth), Tashan Newsome of Atlanta, Georgia and Tayonna Speight of Albany; her granddaughters, Melaya of Albany and Lizaria of Albany; her siblings, Melinda Gumbs of Albany, Michael Price of Albany and Lisa Pearson (Price) of Albany; and her nephews, Romar Murphy and Jacier Pearson.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church (441 Washington Ave, Albany, NY 12206).
