He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Okrent and Belle Okrent (Agatstein). He is survived by: his son Daniel Okrent; his daughter-in-law Melanie Okrent; his sisters, Adrienne Helfand and Roberta Okrent Murphy; his grandchildren, Alexis and Dylan Okrent; and his friend Larry Marowitz (Gary). He is also survived by three beautiful nieces, as well as countless loving cousins.
