He is survived by: his wife Dianne Kahalas (Levine); his daughters, Wendy Levey (Douglas) and Stacy Plunkett (Joseph); his grandsons, Joshua Caron and William Plunkett; his stepgrandchildren, Madison and Johanna Levey; his sister Louise Snyder; and his sister-in-law Shelley Kahalas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
