She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Hines; her parents, Lonnie Bell and Henderson Landy; her siblings, Catherine "Sis" Landy, Joseph "Pete" Landy, Ida Mae "Hitler" Staley, Wilton "Baebae" Landy and Luther "Lil Boy"; and her children, Clarence "Ir" Landy, Barbara "Bobby" Landy Robert "Vuna" and Catherine.
She is survived by: her siblings, Inez "Stuff" Cade, John "Back" Landy (Beverly), Deacon Klenton "Shunk" Landy Sr. (Denise) and Clint Landy (Dorothy); and her children, Denise Landy, Lonnie Landy (Joe), Tony Landy (Tammy), Tommie Carter, Christine DeJesus, Ronnie Carter and Michelle Torres. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
