He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Harriet; and his brothers, Bob Winters and Paul Winters Jack. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Winters and Elizabeth Winters; his granddaughters, Alice Winters-Flaum and Elouise Winters-Flaum; and his brothers, Edward Winters and Gary Winters. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
