She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kownacki and Stella Kownacki (Moszczynski); her husband Jozef Pulkotycki; her daughter Jolanta Pulkotycki; and her sisters, Halina Kucinski and Teresa Zassowski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ula Pulkotycki and Margaret Leoniuk; her granddaughters, Olivia and Kimberly Michalski; and her brother Jerzy Kownacki. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
