He is survived by: his parents, Roy Adkins and Sue Singleton Earlenbaugh; his stepfather Leo Earlenbaugh; his wife Marjorie Rogers Adkins; his children, Sarah and Brian Adkins; his siblings, Carla Boggs (Wayne), Brenda Adkins, Michael Adkins (Amy) and Mark Hungerford; his nieces and nephews, Nicole Willard (Andre), Brandon Boggs (Kailen), Delaney Adkins and Brayden Adkins; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aisley and Ashton.
