Hohenstein; her children, Christopher Forrest Gabriels, MD and Erin Gabriels Bazinet (Charles Van Wormer); and her grandchildren, Christian, Charles, Eric Gabriels, Gabrielle Douglas (Lance), Caroline, Elizabeth and William Bazinet. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
