He is survived by: his father Nelson Smith (Marion); his stepfather Savina Fantroy; his siblings, Jeffrey Smith (Kelley), Maria Maloney (Michael) and Jennifer Smith (Chris); his stepsister Dana Galligan (Dan); his children, Brandon Smith (Destiny) and Julianna Smith; his granddaughter Peyton Smith; his nieces, Christina Mills, Amber Maloney and Kelsey Galligan; his nephew William Mills; and his fiancée Audrey D'Agostino. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
