She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hayward and Anna Mae Estes; her daughter LeeAnn; and her grandson Daniel. She is survived by: her children, Kim, Gabriella, George (Duffy) and Daniel; her grandchildren, Gene, Karyn, Shaleeak, Michael (Shawn), Gerael and Di'Andre; and her sister Chrissy McCullough. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
