“I met Joel in 2018 at PCFC. My husband died suddenly in 2019, and after the first snow, Joel came to my house and shoveled me out. He was kind and thoughtful. After that, we became friends and project collaborators. In the course of our friendship, I got to know Zymier. He was the light of Joel’s life. He talked endlessly about Zymier, his family, and especially his mom, Mary. I will miss Joel more than I can say. His loss will be felt by many. Sincerely,Marylynne, Julia, Ericka,John& Renee”
