He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Rock-Lincourt (Frank); his brother Kenneth Rock (Anne); his grandchildren, William Moak Jr., Aarika Moak, Kierstyn Lavare and Kaitlyn Lavare; and his great grandchild Haylee Moak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
