He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold T. Fredericks and Anne P. Fredericks (Reith); and his brother Harold W. Fredericks. He is survived by: his sisters, Deborah Fredericks Reehl of East Greenbush, Regina Ashby (Terry) of Altamont and Joanne Carver (Brett) of Castleton; his niece Shannon Caporale (Clarke) of Waterford; and his great-nephews, Christian and Cameron Caporale. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in John's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
