John J. LaFalce Obituary
John J. LaFalce, born on July 31, 1947, passed away on October 10, 2026. John leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph LaFalce and Carmella Crupe LaFalce. He is survived by: his wife Lyn; his children, Joseph LaFalce (Joe Facchinei) and Julie Dellio; his granddaughters, London, Payton Dellio, Margot and Georgia LaFalce; and his sister Rosemary Purrott (Bob). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McVeigh Funeral Home, Inc. (208 N Allen St, Albany, NY 12206). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Assumption Church (498 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Latham, NY 12110).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in John's memory to the Tri-County Council of Vietnam Era Veterans or Capital District Community Hospice, two organizations that meant a great deal to him and his family.
