He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Albert Martinez and Catherine Darby; his wife Thelma L. Martinez; and his brothers, George, Jimmy, Rickey, Donald and Paul Martinez.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Martinez Holland Debra A. (late Raymond), Burns Darlana (late Charles), Kipper (Sally), Denise Martinez, Dana Martinez (Jenny) and Darryl Martinez (Deidre); and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Martinez. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and two great-greatgrandchildren.
