He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Sparks and Evelyn Shaw Sparks; and his brothers, Stanley, Clifford and Arthur Sparks (Annabelle).
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Belanger Sparks; his son John Robert Sparks, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Robert "BJ" Belanger (Lori). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fulton County Regional SPCA or to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, both in care of the funeral home.
