He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred M. Rosenberger and John F. Rafferty Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Rafferty; his children, Rebecca Rafferty Rupeka and John F Rafferty III; his siblings, Arthur Rafferty of North Port, FL and Anne Hynes; and his grandchildren, Tayler Rafferty (Jeffrey), Sean Rafferty (Ivan Rafferty) and Delilah Jensen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in John's memory may be made to St. Peter's Hospital.
