With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John W. Corbitt Jr. (Albany, New York), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 6, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Corbitt and Elizabeth Malone Corbitt; his wife Marilyn Ryan Corbitt; and his brother Kevin Corbitt. He is survived by: his children, John C. Corbitt (late Lisa), Lynn A. Corbitt, Dennis K. Corbitt (Kim A.) and Timothy M. Corbitt (Shannon); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Michaela, Molly, Delaney, Ryan, Sean, Catherine and Maura; and his siblings, Ronald Corbitt, Fred Corbitt, Marylou Rosher and Sissy Corbitt. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

I wish I had the time with him to say I love you. Both of us have been so sick together this past year broke our hearts. It was not fair! Be well to John's family and friends.”

“John loved his family so much. "Precious" was John's special child as helping her dad odd plumbing jobs. When she wasn't helping she was a tomboy beating on her older brother's. She showed so much love and care of him as I and Mason (our service pup) did up to the end of John's life. Music, dancing, pretending to drum to any music and us singing in tune on car rides. Mason always sat n John's lap. He was Masons dad. I thank God for the 3 best years of my life with John.”
