He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick O'Rourke and Mary O'Rourke (Doty); his wife Kathleen Giblin; his aunt Dorothy O'Rourke-Bullock; and his close friend Laurette Deyoe.
He is survived by: his children, Michael O'Rourke (Nancy), Reverend James O'Rourke and Mary Beth Rossier (Joseph); his grandchildren, Patrick O'Rourke (Josette), Mairin O'Rourke, Carrie Lenic (Stan), Brigid O'Rourke, Brian O'Rourke (Deanna), Rebecca and Mikayla Rossier; and his great grandchildren, Christina, Theo and Elena.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jack's honor to the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center.
