He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Altieri and Margaret Paradise Altieri; and his wife Ann T. O'Neill Altieri. He is survived by: his children, Joanne Altieri Marchese (Joe), Christina A. Schmit (late John) and Joseph A. Altieri Jr. (Beth); his grandchildren, Nicole Molinski (Michael), Shawn Plantz (Sophie), Joseph Marchese (Christie), Jack Marchese (Elissa), Erika Richards (Christopher), Andrea Rausch (Daniel), Matthew Schmit (Brittany) and Carol Ann Price (Brett); his great grandchildren, Danielle, Jarem, Lily, Maeve, Ruth, Colin, Lydia, Jack and Ella; and his pet Petey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
