Joseph S. Colello Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2025, Joseph S. Colello of Albany, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Colello and Anna Donata Colello (Piombino); and his brothers, Vincent and Anthony Colello. He is survived by: his wife Lillian "Doie" Colello; his children, Joey, Vicki (Jerry Backus), Maryteresa and Amy Murphy; his great grandchildren, Kieara (Samuel), Lillian, Juliet, Eleanor, Greta, Cleo, Dexter Mastaitis, Amelia Murphy and Jack Joseph Kennedy; his sister MaryAnne Moreau; and his cousin Mary Colello. He is also survived by several nephews and cousins.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ Our Light Church (1 Maria Dr, Albany, NY 12211).
