He was predeceased by : his grandparents, H. Allyn Moak, Gordon and Phyllis Langford; and his aunt Esther Klopfer. He is survived by : his cousins, Bradley Berger (Crystal), Katelyn Foster (Jim), Blair Murray (Bill) and Gregory Klopfer. He is also survived by cousins, extended family members, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Peppertree Rescue (peppertree.org) in Joey's name.
