He is survived by: his wife Patricia M Weller (Kilfoyle); his children, Peter Weller MD, Mary Pat Wurlitzer and Amy Weller (Chip Haggerty); his grandchildren, Nick, Toby, Corey, Zachary, Chad, Phoebe and Rudy; his great grandchildren, Adelaide, Archie and Larson; and his sister Marilyn Cook. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
