She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilber Adams and Thelma Haskins Scarlatta; her husband Richard LaRose; and her siblings, Pat Stern, Marie Coluccio and Sylvia Woodruff.
She is survived by: her children, Crystal Amell (Tom), Denise Hamilton (Henry), Lauren Schneider (Jeff) and Richard LaRose Jr. (Amy); and her sister Janette Briere Groff. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.
