Bondarchuk of Oppenheim, NY; his daughter Melissa Ameden (Marcus) of Greenport, NY; his grandchildren, Asia of Greenport, NY, Nelson of Greenport, NY, Liam of Greenport, NY and Amena of Greenport, NY; his brother Warren; and his sister-in-law Tonya Bondarchuk.
