Kenneth R. Flores Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Kenneth R. Flores of Albany, New York. Kenneth, born on January 8, 1944, passed away on September 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Balbino Flores and Anita Maas Flores; his wife Era B. Flores; and his brothers, Robert, Arthur, Norman and Gerald Flores.
He is survived by: his children, Karen O'Brien (Ed), Kenneth Flores (Courtney), Keith Flores (Beth) and Kevin Flores (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Brenna, Joseph, Sean, Dillon O'Brien, Bryan, Emily Flores, Lauren and Ella Flores; and his former wife Gail Spratt. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McVeigh Funeral Home, Inc. (208 N Allen St, Albany, NY 12206). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (607 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12206).
Those wishing to remember Ken in a special way may make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Shriner's Children's Hospital.
