She is survived by: her parents, Jeffrey Slaybaugh and Tina Burton Slaybaugh of Broadalbin; her husband Jamie L. Hayes; her son Leland Hayes; and her mother-in-law Carolyn Bailey of Mayfield. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Robert M. Halgas Funeral Home, Inc. (111 Co Rd 106, Johnstown, NY 12095). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Halgas Funeral Home (111 Co Rd 106, Johnstown, NY 12095).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fulton County Regional SPCA, in care of the funeral home.
