He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Felix and Ruth Felix (Schanover); and his sister Anita Felix Boussidan. He is survived by : his significant other Christine Benedict; his sons, Marshall Felix (Gwen) and Elliot Felix (Liz); his brother Neil Felix (Andrea); and his grandchildren, Harrison, Nathaniel, Nora and Theo.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Levine Memorial Chapel (649 Washington Ave, Albany, NY 12206). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
