He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Franklin and Aileen Oeser. He is survived by: his children, Lewis S. Franklin and Stephanie F. (Mason); his wife Deborah; and his grandchildren, Tia and Marshall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
