He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd D. Proctor Sr. and Lillian Murray Proctor; his wife Georgiana Wilday Proctor; and his son Olin DeWitt. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Douglas (Lester III) of Pleasantdale, Georgett Neeld (John) of Orange Park, FL., Cathy Lemner (David Fredericks) of Poestenkill, Lloyd Proctor III (Christa) of Gulf Breeze, FL., Tina DeWitt DiNovo and James DeWitt. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
