She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Cook; her children, Kyle Cook, Ryan Cook, Cameron Cook and Kaylee Cook; her grandson Calib; her brothers, Lee Salls, Larry Salls (Donna) and Leonard Salls (Lorraine); and her friends, Diana McKevitt and Laura Coleman. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
